Catching A. I. Announces the Sales of Its Technologies to ABSS and Kingdee

Vancouver, Canada -- May 20, 2022 (Business Wire) – Catching A. I., an artificial intelligence driven accounting solutions developer, today announced the sales of its core technology of BotCAI and its intellectual assets of Bot product series (i.e., BotAccountant, BotTaxGuru, and BotAuditor) to a new joint venture in Singapore formed by Asian Business Software Solutions (“ABSS”) and Kingdee Software (China) Co., Ltd. (“Kingdee”) in undisclosed terms. Catching A.I. will immediately cease its solution and service centers located in Canada and U.S.A and transfer its product development team and key personnel to a new innovation center located in Singapore as agreed.
Furthermore, the Canadian customers who are currently supported by its services center will be transferred to BBA Accounting Group, Inc., the chartered professional accountants, in Vancouver, Canada starting on June 1, 2022. Its U.S. customers are also assigned to REDW LLC, CPAs, in Albuquerque, New Mexico for further servicing on the same day.
This strategic sales will allow the acceleration of its A. I. accounting platform development and provide the resources for the related commercialization in the Indo-Pacific region. This transaction also officially concludes its solution evaluation based on major codified accounting standards and their related application preference at the same time.
